The Economic Fighters League extends warm greetings to its members, as well as to all Ghanaians and Africans, amidst the ongoing struggle against economic and political repression at the hands of crooks and racketeering political regimes.

Fellow country men and women, the #NoVote2020 campaign launched by Fighters ahead of the 2020 election was a resolute stand against decades of administrative incompetence, corruption, racketeering, money laundering, financial irregularities, human rights abuses, and the plundering of public funds and properties by the corrupt NPP-NDC regimes.

Fast forward to 2023, the #NoVote2020 protest stands vindicated by the dismal performance of the NPP-controlled
executive branch of the Ghanaian government and the deal-cutting NPP-NDC hung parliament of Ghana. It is clear in all this that the 1992 constitution allows for constitutionalism but does not allow for democracy, and yet is held in place by the corrupt entities whom it serves.

Respectable Ghanaians, the 2024 election marks judgment day for the NPP-NDC duopoly. Without a shadow of doubt, Ghana urgently needs a radical paradigm shift away from the entrenched and dysfunctional political regimes of the duopoly. It is imperative to usher in fresh, competent, and superior alternatives for both executive and parliamentary
representation.

In earlier communications, the Economic Fighters League declared and continues to uphold the year 2024 as the year of our active participation in the national elections. This time, our mission is to campaign and organise a viable, competent alternative to rescue and rebuild our beloved nation, Ghana. We call upon all Fighters to vigorously campaign and vote for alternative parties and candidates, aiming to bring an end to the 30 year duopoly held by the NPP-NDC.

We extend our congratulations to the people of Senegal for electing an independent candidate as their new President. We hope this serves as a trailblazer for future elections across Africa, where outdated and corrupt regimes will be supplanted by competent and superior alternatives.

Finally, let us stand united in our commitment to forge a new path for Ghana, one defined by integrity, accountability, and genuine progress. Together, let us reject the shackles of outdated political regimes and embrace the promise of a
brighter future, where every Ghanaian can thrive and prosper. The time for change is now, and together, we shall lead the way towards a truly democratic and prosperous Ghana.
